What are the safari timings and how do we book?

Morning safaris start at 6:00 AM and evening safaris at 2:30 PM (timings vary seasonally). Our on‑site safari desk will assist you with permits, vehicle bookings, and expert guides. We recommend booking at least a day in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Is the resort pet‑friendly?

We welcome well‑behaved pets exclusively in our Luxury Cottages, subject to prior approval and a nominal cleaning fee. Please inform us at the time of booking to ensure we prepare a comfortable stay for your furry companion.

What activities are available at the resort?

Guests can enjoy jungle safaris, guided nature walks, birdwatching excursions, pool time, indoor games (pool, carrom, chess), evening bonfires with live music, Ayurvedic spa treatments, and visits to nearby village markets. We also offer yoga sessions on request.

Is Wi‑Fi available throughout the resort?

Yes, we offer complimentary high‑speed Wi‑Fi in all rooms, public areas, and the restaurant. However, due to the jungle location, connectivity may be intermittent in fringe areas – we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy the natural environment.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

We offer free cancellation up to 7 days before check‑in. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% charge, and within 48 hours are non‑refundable. Please review your booking confirmation for full terms and conditions.

Do you offer airport/railway transfers?

Yes, we provide private transfers from Ramnagar railway station (approx. 45 minutes) and Pantnagar Airport (approx. 2.5 hours) at an additional cost. Please share your travel details with our concierge for a seamless arrival.
